Muslim Charity Qurbani 2026 Impact Report and Results Report
In a world where hardship continues to grow, your generosity has once again crossed borders, reached communities in need and delivered meaningful support where it mattered most.
Qurbani 2026 was not simply a seasonal act of giving. It became a global movement of compassion, bringing together thousands of donors to support families facing some of the toughest living conditions today.
This year, 29,563 Qurbanis were carried out across 16 countries, reaching an estimated 724,840 people and ensuring that families who struggle daily for food were able to experience relief during Eid.
Behind these figures are real lives — families who were able to gather, share a meal and experience a moment of ease during difficult times.
Turning Generosity into Global Impact
The scale of what was achieved this year reflects the power of collective giving.
Through your donations, more than 362,000 kilograms of fresh meat were distributed across vulnerable communities. This translated into approximately 3.6 million meals, extending the impact far beyond a single day and supporting families over several days of Eid and beyond.
In many of these communities, access to meat is rare. For families living under financial strain, even basic nutrition can be difficult to maintain. Your Qurbani helped bridge that gap, providing essential nourishment and a level of support that is not always accessible throughout the year.
A Global Reach Across Three Regions
What makes this year’s impact especially powerful is its global reach, spanning three key regions — each facing its own challenges.
Across Asia, the largest share of Qurbani reached communities where poverty and population density continue to place pressure on access to food. Countries such as India and Nepal accounted for the highest number of beneficiaries, with India alone reaching approximately 447,040 people, while Nepal supported around 130,000 individuals.
Together, Asia accounted for nearly 600,000 beneficiaries, making it the largest region supported this year.
In Africa, your Qurbani reached communities dealing with economic hardship, climate-related challenges and limited food access. Countries such as Somaliland and Uganda saw particularly high impact, with approximately 56,000 people supported in Somaliland and 46,800 in Uganda. Overall, the African region reached around 117,200 people, providing vital support across multiple countries.
Meanwhile, in the Middle East, where conflict and instability continue to affect daily life, your Qurbani delivered relief to families in some of the most fragile environments. Yemen alone accounted for approximately 8,400 beneficiaries, contributing to a regional total of around 10,760 people supported.
Each region tells a different story — but together, they reflect a single outcome: your support reaching those who needed it most.

Beyond Food: Restoring Dignity and Wellbeing
While the numbers demonstrate scale, the true impact of Qurbani goes beyond statistics.
For many families, this was not just about receiving meat. It was about being able to provide for their children, to prepare a proper meal and to experience a sense of normality during a time that holds deep significance.
In communities where diets are often limited, fresh meat plays an important role in improving nutrition. It provides essential nutrients that support health, development and overall wellbeing — particularly for children who are most vulnerable to malnutrition.
More importantly, it restores dignity.
It allows families to participate in the wider experience of Eid, rather than feeling excluded due to financial hardship. It creates moments of togetherness, where families can sit, share and celebrate in a way that would otherwise not be possible.
A Continued Journey of Growth
The impact of Qurbani continues to grow year on year, reflecting both increasing need and increasing generosity. Compared to previous years, 2026 saw a further expansion in reach, allowing more communities to be supported across a wider geographical spread.
This growth is significant, not only in scale but in depth. It represents the ability to reach further into underserved areas, support more families and ensure that no one is left behind.
While this year’s impact has been significant, the reality remains that millions around the world continue to face food insecurity and economic hardship. What Qurbani 2026 has shown is that meaningful change is possible when people come together with a shared purpose.
Your support has already reached hundreds of thousands of people. With continued commitment, that reach can grow even further — bringing relief, stability and hope to even more communities in the future.
